Does the project manager walk through the project at the end to ensure your satisfaction.

At the end of the project we review our original estimate to ensure that you are happy with the job that was done, and that the work has been done to your satisfaction.

Does the decorative artist work with you and your designer to ensure that the color is to your satisfaction?

All of our decorative finish jobs have samples delivered to the client and the designer.  We ask that you sign off on these colors before we start applying them to your walls so that we all have a common vision of what the finished project should look like.

Is there always a supervisor on the job

Because decorative finish projects require a trained artisan, we always have a supervisor on site to respond to your needs as you see the project unfold.  He or she is also responsible to ensure that the project is going smoothly and that we will finish on schedule.  We communicate any changes in schedule to the client immediately.

Are their finishes uniform through out the space?

Classic Décor makes sure that even if the technique cannot be accomplished as per the rest of the space that the color is a consistent match thus appearing a seamless and even finish throughout the space.

Are they clean?

Cleanliness is the most important and over looked issues in the contracting industry. We treat your home as if it were ours. We protect any surfaces that may come in to contact with paint, and at the end of the day we make sure all tools are put out of harms way and covered in drop-cloths.  Part of our end-of-day procedure is to sweep or vacuum the entire jobsite.

Do they take pride in their work?

We consider it an honor that our client’s allow us to do work in their homes.  It is our burning passion to create a beautiful room and experience that keeps our company thriving
