I would just like to say how highly professional it was to work w/ Mike and his employees at Classic Décor. From the very beginning, Mike has approached this project as a consummate professional, explaining the process every step of the way, always seeking my approval before taking the next step, and making samples to make sure I was happy with the direction we were going. And if I was around the house when Mike and his painters were beginning work on a new surface, they would paint a small area and bring me over again to make sure I was happy, in which case I was because it always matched the sample. Not only were they professional but they truly cared about their work and the fact that they were present in someone else’s house.

Mike has kept his word on every occasion, promptly returned every phone call and acted the most reliable of all the workers who participated in this year-long renovation. I also loved his staff, who were pleasant, professional and immaculate. They made sure at the end of the day that their tools were tucked away out of sight and out of reach as I have small children. But, to top it all off, Mike and his company showed their true commitment to customer service once again this week. We recently went on Vacation, and had to leave the house in a hurry. I left a touch up list for Classic Décor to take care of (we were waiting for some construction to finish before we did final touch ups). Not only did Classic Décor, complete the entire checklist, and finish all the new work to be done, but they vacuumed and cleaned the work area, and adjacent areas (which was a mess due to leaving the house in a hurry), but they also left a vase a flowers for us upon our return. What a pleasant surprise to come home to a beautiful home, perfectly finished, and not to worry about cleaning up! How many decorative painters do you know that care so much about their work and their clients that they would go to that extent to make them happy? It has been my pleasure to work with Mike and I look forward to our next project together. I would highly recommend Classic Décor for any future painting, paperhanging, or decorative finishing.

Originally the designer for the project brought in another Decorative Finisher that was going to do the work in my house. I wasn’t very thrilled with meeting them, and asked to meet with another. From the moment I met Michael from Classic Décor I knew there was nothing to worry about. The portfolio he showed me was immaculate, and said he would take care of the entire project from start to finish (from putting the primer on the walls, to applying a beautiful decorative texture).He worked hand in hand with the designer to bring our vision into reality, all the while explaining each process to me, and why we were doing the interior a certain way. Michael work ed so well with the designer it was one less worry I needed to think about as my house was being ripped apart and put back together again. He stayed in touch with the designer keeping her up to date, leaving once less phone call I needed to worry about during the day.
